CPA licensed professional for 28 years, Master's degree in Taxation at Utah State University

As an accounting professional, tax preparer, and small business owner myself, I know that running a business and staying on top of tax filing requirements can be complex and overwhelming. I love helping clients feel a sense of relief and confidence that we are helping them be successful.

I started my career at Deloitte & Touche in Boise, then worked with top regional firms in eastern Idaho for the past 20 years. I have had years of experience helping individuals and small business owners with everything from bookkeeping, payroll, payroll tax filings, and tax returns.

I’ve always had a love for numbers, and I definitely got that from my mom! Growing up around accounting and taxes sparked my interest in the field and eventually led me to pursue a degree in Accounting.

I love getting to work alongside my mom at Diamond Peak Accounting while building relationships with our clients and helping make taxes and finances feel a little less overwhelming. I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and bringing a fresh perspective to our family business.

Diamond Peak Accounting is built on a passion for helping people feel confident about their finances.

Monica brings more than 28 years of experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping. Following in her footsteps, her daughter, Regan, developed the same analytical mindset and love for numbers from an early age. What started as knowledge passed from mother to daughter has grown into a partnership built on experience, trust, and a shared commitment to providing dependable, personal service to every client.
